Horrible management here. I came here with some friends to enjoy some music. First off they tell me there is no food. Apparently I came too late on a Saturday night.(like 8 or 9) I happen to be one of those strange, responsible people who like to eat before I drink. So I leave, grab something and bring it in. I get told by a waitress that her manager said I couldn't bring outside food in. And I told her if there was food here I would have eaten here. Well then nasty mrs manager comes over with attitude and fake smile. She should have done her job and spoken to me like a normal human being in the first place and not send over someone to do her job. I understand that there are rules, etc. she said it's the law to prohibit outside food, but that's a crock of shit.

Absoultely loved this place! It has such a good atmosphere with friendly staff and good food. Morgan was our AWESOME bartender. She took great care of us. She made great recommendations. We had the shrimp basket, prime rib, au gratin potatos, and side salads. Everything was delicious!!! Reasonably priced too. We will definitely be back!

This place the last couple years or so has been excellent. We would go for lunch alot and get beers. Even Breakfast was super. Lately the food & service has gone downhill. Today I ordered a Chimichanga burger like I have every other time I've been there and it was awful. The tortilla was falling of the patty and the whole thing was full of fry oil. There was almost no green chili, and the frys were soggy and few. Before the chimi burger plate was doused in their delicious pork green chili, covered in cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. A heavy portion of crispy fries swimming in chili was the norm. Was one of the best things in town!..... SO GOOD I'm severely disappointed in the last couple visits. So sad to see a great place slide downhill. I voiced my concerns about the food to the server and nothing was done about it. I would have expected to at least get a discount or a free drink or something. Nothing was offered. I should have not paid for the burger but I hate confrontation so I paid the bill and left. Do your self and favor and skip this place!

If you enjoy indoor/outdoor seating the Hideout Patio Bar in Fort Collins, CO. is for you with their roll up garage door walls and a huge bar with a backdrop glass refrigerator stocked to the hilt with imported, domestic and even locally made beers. There's open seating throughout with an outdoor stage for entertainment. It's a biker bar of the highest quality. The parking for vehicles is in the dirt lot directly out front by the entry gate and you'll notice too that all the spaces on the concrete along the outdoor seating areas are reserved for at least fifty motorcycles. Be advised that this is one of the few places you can legally smoke indoors in Fort Colins because of the indoor/outdoor architecture. The Hideout has a wide variety of excellent food items including French Dip, Pulled Pork, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Steak, Catfish, Bratwurst, Taco Salads and all the appetizers you could wish for with great service to boot. They have exceptionally clean bathrooms and then there's the fantastic speciality drinks like the Moscow Mule. If you haven't had one of these yet you definitely need to try it. Served in a copper mug they go down way to easy. They really do have it all here. Highly Recommended!

You get way more than you expect from this self proclaimed biker bar . Cold bottle beer, generous pours on spirits and hand made burgers. Throw in weekly prime rib specials and huge breakfast portions at crazy low prices. They have live music 2-4 nights a week depending on the season and the patio - fantastic

I love this place....primarily due to the gigantic patio, super-chill attitude of the staff, and no frills food and drink menu. This is not the place to get your gourmet gastro pub fare with fancy cigar infused craft cocktail. Rather, it's a place to just hang, sip a cold beer or two, nosh on your basic American bar fare and just relax in the outdoors. Biker friendly, smoker friendly, cut-off shorts after mowing the lawn outfit friendly. It's the kinda place you want to go when you've spent a day outdoors, not in the mood to get pretty, and just chill with your pals. Prices reasonable. Patio awesome. Service friendly. Ride up...in your motorcycle, bicycle or car. Totally worth it.

First off, this is a colors friendly bar. The Hideout is an upscale biker bar. One where you could bring your non-biker friends to. They have a very large outdoor seating area with a stage and what looked like posts for awnings during the summer. They have large indoor area with garage door walls that opened as well. Really well designed place in an industrial area, so concerts should be able to be late and loud. I was here for another MC's run yesterday. There were a mix of people, but most were not MC, just riders looking to relax a little. I did not eat because my stomach was still doing backflips and summersaults, but my buddies all ate different foods and all said they were very good. It wouldn't matter if I liked the food or not, I would still give it four stars just for the relaxing afternoon and the woman that poured her beer down my crack. Another story I will have to tell you in person, if you must know.

Even if you are not into motorbikes The Hideout is still a fun place to visit! I have been there twice and have had a great breakfast and lunch there. The waitresses are always very friendly. If you do happen to be a people watcher it is fun to see all of the bikes there and the leathered up clientele... in more ways than one.

The Hideout... I was a little excited when this place first opened because it is close enough to bike to and the open building and patio is great during nice weather. I've only eaten here once, got the pulled pork sandwich, which was much better than expected. The weird/bad part about this place is that, besides liquors, they only have bottled beer. No draft. I actually inquired about this and the waitress said that the owner did it to be "different" and because inventory was easier. I must say to make a bar unique serving only bottled beer doesn't really do it for me. Prices are a little high, but still tolerable. One night we went there were maybe 5 people total in the place and they had karaoke going, but it was way too loud; we had to yell to hear each other around the table. This place could be pretty great, but improvements need to be made first.

I just went here for the first time last Saturday night. I love the layout of this bar. I wish I had gone earlier and enjoyed some sunshine and patio drinks! As it was, we got there after dark, and it was a bit chilly and windy (IN JULY! ugh.) The band was friendly and talented, but we didn't venture down to the lower level and there was a bit of a detachment feeling because of that. I have good friends in the band that is playing there this weekend and I can't wait to go here again! Definitely good people watching here. Atmosphere is very cool!

The patio is really cool especially on a nice night to hangout and relax with friends. They have a decent amount of craft and regular guy beers. You are allowed so smoke outside and inside the open garage type bar area. So keep that in mind depending how you feel about smoking. My issue here is the food. It's awful. The wings are small, poorly flavored, and expensive. 10 bucks for 6 wings. Step up the game a little. The more health conscious of my group went with the taco salad. The ground beef was barely warmed, and leaking grease, and the side of guacamole was a lovely shade of brown. This salad was pathetic.

Worse service ever. Don't waste your time . Food was good ,but it took over a hour to get a burger and 45 minutes to get a ice tea.

I really like this place. I go on a bike, but mine has peddles. This is not a typical biker bar. It is much more upscale and has a beautiful patio. The food is good bar food and the service is wonderful.

My friends and I tried the Hideout on a whim and everyone really liked the place. The large patio is amazing and outdoor live music is also very good. The service was also great. None of the people in my group were bikers and we were treated normally and didn't get any dirty looks. This is a good hidden bar and grill in Fort Collins that is definitely off of the beaten path.
